About Rozgar Mela
A Rozgar Mela is an event when many employers and job seekers meet to apply for and interview for jobs. A Rozgar Mela, in more exact terms, is an employment strategy that facilitates meeting job seekers and employers.
Rozgar Melas are often hosted in big assembly rooms with booths for each enterprise. A table in front of each booth displays corporate brochures and information. Typically, numerous firm representatives man each booth, standing behind tables and speaking with job searchers. Rozgar Melas might have anywhere from 5 to 100 employers and hundreds of job seekers. Even modest Rozgar Melas might be crowded with job seekers waiting to meet with company representatives.
