Global engineering company SEGULA India has set up a new office in Pune that is dedicated to developing embedded software for the electric vehicle sector.
SEGULA India aims to hire 500 engineers, primarily software and embedded system engineers, mechanical plastic engineers, process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and data scientists.Â
SEGULA Technologies has been operating in several industry sectors in India since 2012, with over 700 people in Chennai, Delhi, and Pune. SEGULA India intends to hire 500 engineers to assist its expansion, namely software and embedded system engineers, mechanical plastic engineers, process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and data scientists.

SEGULA India has significant experience in process and product engineering for many automotive customers, especially in body, plastics, chassis, aftersales, and packaging. The SEGULA teams in Pune will work with key OEMs and Tier 1 automotive suppliers to develop and manufacture more environmentally friendly and cost-effective vehicles. They will concentrate on designing and developing embedded software, whereas the Chennai teams will work on product and process engineering.
